Sun, 18th - Cric? Crac! May Moons and Mayhem
Vancouver Society of Storytelling presents:
Cric? Crac! May Moons and Mayhem
Sunday, May 18, 7:30-9:30
at St. Mark's Trinity Church on the corner of Larch and 2nd in Vancouver: 1805 Larch, in the basement (entrance in the alley between 2nd and 3rd ave)
This month is a funny one. As in 'amusing', rather than 'peculiar'. Though, come to think of it, there's bound to be some peculiarity to these stories, as well. I can guarantee this is an odd bunch of tellers. In the best way, mind you. So, for May, we have thus far: Priscilla Jones, Even Steven, Rita Taylor, Tony Rainbow, Rachael Des Lauriers (stepping out of the stand-up comedy stage and into the storytelling circle for the first time!), among others--plus an open mike in the second half. And the Accordion of Love, as always, and maybe a bit of singing to the moon to wind it all up. PLUS:
tea in the middle.
Please come. Cost is $5 for non-members, $4 for members, memberships available at the door
for more information, you can call Erin Graham at 604-879-1014.
